Movart ships directly to customers from our fulfillment partners. Please review the details below before placing an order.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • During high-demand periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

2. SHIPPING RATES & METHODS

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Available shipping options, estimated costs, and delivery times will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to:

  • weather conditions
  • customs processing (for international orders)
  • incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Movart is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

4. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States. Additional delivery time or charges may apply for:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • PO Boxes
  • remote or hard-to-reach locations

5. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: support@movartfitness.com

  • photos of the package and product (if damaged)
