RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. OVERVIEW

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly through the Movart website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. ALL SALES FINAL

All sales are final. Movart does not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, dissatisfaction with appearance, incorrect use, or general preference, except as expressly stated in this Policy or where required by law.

3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We will review requests for replacement or refund only in cases where an item arrives defective or damaged. To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@movartfitness.com, and include:

  • Your order number and full name
  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage
  • Photos of the original packaging and shipping box

Upon verification, at our discretion, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or
  • A refund issued to the original payment method

4. NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS & EXCLUSIONS

The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, finish, or appearance
  • Differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen display settings
  • Normal wear, misuse, improper handling, or use inconsistent with intended design
  • Damage caused after delivery

5. REFUND & REPLACEMENT PROCESSING

If a refund or replacement is approved:

  • Processing typically occurs within 5–10 business days after approval
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
