RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. OUR PROMISE
We design Movart pieces to elevate both movement and space. If something isn't quite right, we want to make it right. This policy applies to purchases made directly through movartfitness.com.
2. 30-DAY RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused
- Items must be in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions.
3. RETURN SHIPPING
For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
If the return is due to a defect or shipping damage, we will cover the replacement shipping cost.
4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging and shipping box
Once verified, we will offer:
- A replacement at no additional cost, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
5. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for return:
- Items showing signs of use or damage after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging
- Final sale or marked clearance items
- Custom or limited edition pieces
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to material characteristics or screen display differences and are not considered defects.
